Diet is DIE with a T

So I was talking to this doctor I work with the other day. We got on the subject of food/diet/nutrition and he said that he read something recently that made total sense when it came to eating/dieting.

Using a scale of 1-10, 1 being the most hungry you've ever been (like eat your young hungry) and 10 being the most full (like ready to shove your finger down your throat full), you should live your days between 3 and 5. Interesting isn't it? So this means that eating multiple times a day is necessary. Not large amounts of food, but enough to keep you between 3 and 5.

I've decided to try this. In between feedings, I pledge to drink water. I got off the water wagon and I need to get back on...STAT!
