Happy New Year!

Let's eat!

Crockpot Peking Pork Chops
6 pork chops about 1" thick
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
Put pork chops in crock pot- mix other stuff together and pour over chops.Cook on low 4-6 hours or until tender. Serve w/ rice, or Chinese noodles.This also works with pork steaks.
